The focus of the Muse wines is, simply, fun! All three wines are styled to be enjoyed both with and without food. They are all soft, fruit forward, and easy to drink. And certainly not boring! The blends of Genie, Mingle, and Carnivale change with every vintage. We keep a constant style, but the specific wine profile changes every year. After all, we would not want you to get bored...
About the Winemaker
Nancy's career as a winemaker began with her degree from U.C. Davis and continued with practical experience in Australia, Sonoma, Napa, and finally the Sierra Foothills as winemaker at Perry Creek Winery in El Dorado. Nancy joined the Muse in 2007.
Additional Information
The Muse offers two tasting rooms for your convenience. Our original tasting room is located in the historic Gold Rush town of Murphys in Calaveras Country. We are located in the old fire house on Main Street - right in the middle of town. For those in the Sacramento area, the Muse invites you to visit her tasting room at the Old Sugar Mill in Clarksburg. Fun wine, fun people, fun atmosphere in both locations.
