Additional Information

Cantiga Wineworks is a boutique family winery specializing in "classical" winemaking. This means that Cantiga's winemaker and owner, Rich Rorden, makes small lots by hand, using age-old techniques. The purpose is to adhere to the European ideal of making wine for the dinner table and for extended cellaring.

Key to Cantiga's style is minimal-intervention wine making techniques, low sulfite levels, and the prevention or selective use of secondary (ML) fermentation. Because our method is so natural, many customers with wine allergies claim no ill-effects from Cantiga wines!
